I understand that TN2T has identified risks and hazards and ensured that procedures are in place to manage those risks. To help manage risk, I understand that my Rangatahi will be briefed on safety procedures for activities. I will do my best to ensure that my Rangatahi understands the need to follow safety procedures and instructions. 2. I understand that I am enrolling my Rangatahi for the entire duration of the camp, if they cannot attend any part or all of the camp, I will withdraw them prior to the camp start date and notify TN2T immediately. This includes for any injury, illness or symptoms of illness present prior to camp start date. 3.
