Blanche is a mokopuna of Charlie & Maisie (nee Hemopo) Reweti.  It is through her Reweti whakapapa that she is a shareholder of Tauhara North No2 Trust. Raised in Reporoa by her koroua and kuia, she has many fond memories of gatherings at their marae, swims in the awa and enjoying kai cooked in the ngawha.  She attended schools in the Reporoa district and as a young adult with a young family made the move to the big smoke of Hamilton, it is there she furthered her education at Waikato institute of technology. In 2006, Blanche graduated with a Bachelor of Business majoring in management. One of her aspirations is to see our people succeed and prosper, people can achieve great things with the right support and guidance, and everyone can be successful if given the opportunity. “We are here but a short time so let’s make a difference where we can and leave a legacy for our future generations we can all be proud of”
