Kia Tu Camp 2 – 2025

1. I understand that while at camp my Rangatahi may participate in outdoor activities and that these carry an element of managed risk. I understand that TN2T has identified risks and hazards and ensured that procedures are in place to manage those risks. To help manage risk, I understand that my Rangatahi will be briefed on safety procedures for activities. I will do my best to ensure that my Rangatahi understands the need to follow safety procedures and instructions.
2. I understand that I am enrolling my Rangatahi for the entire duration of the camp, if they cannot attend any part or all of the camp, I will withdraw them prior to the camp start date and notify TN2T immediately. This includes for any injury, illness or symptoms of illness present prior to camp start date.
3. If medical assistance is required, I authorise such action to be taken as thought necessary by staff.
4. I am satisfied that my Rangatahi will comply with the TN2T Youth Camp Rules
5. I understand that my Rangatahi may be sent home if they misbehave
6. I understand photos of my Rangatahi may be used for presentational and promotional purposes related to Trust business only.
7. I understand that TN2T does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
8. I agree to my Rangatahi taking part in Youth Camp 2023 and have fully completed this enrolment form. I agree to their participation in the activities. I acknowledge the need for them to behave responsibly.
