Tauhara North No.2 Trust and the Iwi collective would like to invite you to join us for a 3-day wānanga grounded in reconnecting to Mātauranga Kai Māori.
Held on Mataarae marae, this wānanga will weave together traditional knowledge, hands-on learning, and contemporary applications of kai Māori.
Over three days, whānau will engage in kōrero, practical food preparation, and the sharing of indigenous practices, while strengthening connections to whenua, whānau, and culture.
This wānanga is part of a wider journey to reclaim, revitalise, and pass on our unique culinary heritage for future generations.
Please note; there are limited spaces available and we need to secure numbers so there is enough kai to go around.
