NZ Health Grant - Information
The General Health grant is offered to all registered whānau members. The grant is used to pay for doctor visits and prescriptions from a GP practice only. (This does not include general items from a chemist.) Please ensure you provide named receipts/quotes/invoices.

Below is a list of health categories we provide support for:
- General Health: Up to $400.00 per calendar year for Owners and $300 per calendar year for Whanau Members.
- Vision: Up to a total of $1100.00 for the first vision grant per person in any calendar year and then $1100.00 every two years thereafter.
- Dental: Up to $550.00 per calendar year for Owners and $440 per calendar year for Whanau Members.
- Dentures/Orthodontic: Up to $1650.00 per person per calendar year for either dentures or orthodontic services or products.
- Hearing: Up to $1100.00 per person per calendar year
